ARE YOU STILL OPEN ONLINE?
Yes, we are still open online and we are still offering free worldwide shipping.
WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE ON TIME?
Due to the extreme care and safety precautions we have put in place, as well as COVID-19 related industry slowdowns beyond our control, there may be a delay on your recent order. You have a 60 minute grace period to cancel your order.
Although we're doing everything in our power to make sure your packages arrive as soon as possible, we've temporarily extended our delivery timeframes by 1-2 weeks, depending on the shipping destination.
We've also suspended rush shipping until further notice.
HOW ARE YOU KEEPING CUSTOMERS SAFE?
We are taking temperatures of employees at the beginning and end of their work shift. Also, all employees are required to wear masks, frequently wash their hands, and stay home when sick.
DO YOU STILL OFFER YOUR DELIVERY GUARANTEE?
Yes, if your order does not arrive within 60 days, you will receive a full refund. For example, if your local post office shuts down for weeks and your order is not delivered within 60 days of your payment date, we will refund your money in full even if the delay is beyond our control. We feel that no customer should wait more than 60 days for their online purchase, regardless of who's fault.
